Make sure you have the OLDSKOOL Profile Template selected before applying this layout!
Designers notes: This is an anchor box layout that works in Internet Explorer and Firefox, and the FF view of Netscape.
Known bugs: The anchor tags don't work in the Opera Browser. In IE and Netscape the Javascript menu goes off the screen and cannot be reached after clicking on an anchor. Using the mouse scroller in NetscapeFF moves some of the graphics out of place.
