Make sure you have the OLDSKOOL Profile Template selected before applying this layout!
Designers notes: This layout has a built in Gallery link, and buttons for rate/comment and add to friends list. The buttons on the bottom bar light up on mouseover.
Tested in IE Firefox Netscape and Opera.
Suffers from the usual anchor box problems in Netscape IE view and Opera.
